File error in Netware file server

I’m facing a problem in my Novell Netware 4.11 file server.My problem story goes like this,
After i used,open and execute a certain file located in my Netware 4.11 file server from
my workstation running on Windows 9x,a certain file still remain in my file server eventhough
I had exit all the file from the file server and is unused.When other user tried to used the same
file it come out the message sharing violation in theirs workstation.It caused me to manually
clear the file through the console monitor in the server.My Windows NT and 2000 server does’t
have this kind of problem.
