File search in Unix File Explorer Tool

Hi

Is there any file explorer tools like windows explorer get a file search capability? i need to FTP to some unix servers and sometimes they point to many places so i need a file search function to help.

I have found some top from download.com but all of them is good at text editing but just simply cannot search file name.
