File sharing on local network using XP w/stations and SBS2008

Has anybody out there experienced the same issue? I have an SBS2008 installation controlling various XP pro w/stations. However these PC’s, while showing in DNS, AD and the console, do not show as available resources on the network. There are shared folders on all the PC’s but these cannot be mapped onto the server. The PC’s show as online in the console but there is a note “Unable to query the information for this computer”.

Also running “net view /domain: domainname” in command prompt results in “There are no entries in the list”
