file transfers like PC Anywhere

I know there is a feature in PC Anywhere to tranfer files using PC to PC file transfers. Sine I do not need all of the features of PCanywhere, I only need to transfer files from one PC to another, is there any other software (Freeware?) that allowsme to do this?

Basically, I am getting a new computer and want to transfer all of the documents on my current system to a new one via -fastes cheapest way.
