Filter on port Baystack 450-12F

I’v a Baystack switch connected to a RF-unit. The ports of the BS switch show that packets are beeing filtered or flooded. I don’t know what causes this behaviour because there aren’t any filters active on the ports! The throuput is low on a novell network (ipx/spx) but seems to be normal with tcp/ip!
