finding a driver for a modem

how do i find a driver for an unknown fax modem i cant seem to find any that work mediasurf 56k 56kifxE/ES56-1 is what is on the board trade name: mediasurf dsp model:ms-2820 fcc id:wpifccms2820 fcc reg no: 51fsng-32027-mm-e pleas help me with this i cant install my modem cause my disk has an error on it there has to be another way help
