Finding a list of software known to require a license

As I implement Symantec?s OEM version of Centennitl’s Discovery, I?m seeing literally thousands of executables Discovery can?t identify. Centennial?s Discovery.Portal does not appear to be compatible with the OEM version. Once I get past the initial flood of unknowns, I?ll be fine. Can anyone recommend a possible source list of executables known to be associated with licensable software?
