Finding IT related jobs Abroad (Europe)

Hi everyone. Here’s one thing that I find very hard to get an answer to: are there any good companies that specialize in IT placements internationally?

My wife and I would like to move to Europe and I’m looking for reputable companies that do IT recruiting – especially for native English speakers.

I would love to hear of your experiences working abroad (outside of North America) in IT, and will gladly accept any recommendations of recruiting/placement companies that you may know of.
