Finding Users

Is there a command in Windows that can tell you which computer a user has signed on to? When troubleshooting a problem I use pcAnywhere to sign on a user’s computer to assist them. However most people don’t know their computer names and walking them through how to find it can be frustrating at times. I would appreciate any comments.
