Firewall

My PC to Phone is behind the Checkpoint NG FP1. the policy is open from both the ends for 2 UDP and 1 TCP Ports. when ever we dial it throw’s an error :
there is problem at the gateway. or the firewall is blocking, Please help in this regard.
