Firewall Enable & Disable

Hi Geeks,

This is pras new to geek world and i want to learn more abt this firewall in windows. I know some firewall in linux but in windows firewall i am unable to find out or read from anywhere in detail. Can any geek post the answer for my question. My clear question is, How to configure Firewall for windows XP clients system using a Server and how to Disable Firewall for a Particular and all clients system in the Server. I would be grateful if anyone give the correct link or detailed description for me
