Firewall GPO

Hello All
I have my Dc running quite well now
i have had a few teething problems with the remote desktop and now my dameware mini remote program.

I cannot connect to the client machines to view desktops, i have opened port xxxx that is uses for comms but it also uses file and print sharing for comms also.

I have enabled this is

GPO
Computer Policy > Admin Templates > Network Connections > Windows Firewall > Allow File and printer sharing.

When i log onto the client machine the option for file and print share is still grayed out under exceptions.

This is driving me mad.

I have tested the connection in a OU that blocks inheritance from above and it works fine..
