Firewall TCP/IP port diagram

Howdy folks, i’m looking for some kind of viso design or network diagram to easily illustrate the open TCP/UDP ports on my firewall betwenn, internal, external and DMZ networks. I’m having a difficult time trying to logically organzie or structure the differnt ports between the networks. Any ideas???
