fix a computer

as a student, my instructor give me a situation like this. a client called me to fix his computer,at that juncture the only available tool was a screw driver,..no installer,no bootdisk available…but the problem was the hard disk was formatted by the user…there’s no partition on hdd…
How can i fix/troubleshoot the PC?
