flagship vs mid-range smartphones: is it worth the upgrade?

hey everyone, curious what you all think with so many new smartphones coming out every year, do you actually notice a big difference in daily use between flagship and mid-range phones? for example, i recently switched from a mid-range android to a flagship, and honestly, the camera is nicer and performance is smoother, but for most apps and browsing, the mid-range felt perfectly fine. do you think it’s worth spending the extra for top of the line, or are mid-range phones hitting the sweet spot now? would love to hear your experiences and what you prioritize when choosing a phone.
