Flashing my Inspiron 6000 screen a second at startup and goes to black

Once I read the issues posted on the forum about the Inspiron 6000 screen, I immediately bought the screen inverter and replace with the new one to make the screen visible.

Even if I replaced it, I am still having the same issues that I had before: When I turn on my laptop, it flashes the Dell boot screen bright a second and goes totally dim. I still can see the icons of the desktop when I use the torchlight. If I connect it to the exterior monitor, it shows everything perfect.
