Flashing Windows

I’m running Citrix Presentation Server.

It started about two weeks ago, I tried to launch an attachment sent to me via an in-house email, the window just flashed as if it was to open and nothing happen, it only happen when a user attaches an Excel file or a Word doc.and it doesn’t happen on attachment email. Any suggestion
