Floppy access denied

Hello I am using Windows XP Prof with multiple users. I have 2 Admins, and 1 limited user, and they all need access to the floppy drive. The admins get there fine but the user gets a “Access Denied” error message and I can’t find anything anywhere in the Local Security properties about it. I have looked on the Internet and microsoft support but with no luck. If someone can please help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks again
