Floppy Disk Problem – Win XP

Hello — I am getting the message below with Windows XP Pro on a re-install. The disk drive works fine in BIOS and with a Win 98 startup disk.

“Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.”
