floppy not accessible

My a Drive isn’t accesible. When I try to use it, it says to retry or cancel. Retry does nothing. I’ve tried a different floppy from another computer and now that computer doesn’t work either. I’ve tried deleteing them from the system manager, windows finds the floppy again but it still doesn’t work. It doesn’t appear to work in DOS either. Please help
