“Folder” on your taskbar?

I’ve managed to stump my IT support staff with this one:

Have you seen what looks like a folder or toolbar to the right of your start button between it and your open windows?

It has program icons and it’s resizeable. You can drag icons intoit, and drag them off too. I’m sure a lot of you know what I’m talking about…

How do you create this? Dragging an icon onto the Start button just adds the icon to the Start Menu folder. Dropping icons onto the Taskbar doesn’t do anything.Any ideas?
