folder option

i restart one day my system after installing quick heal anti virus and i found mine folder option is not seen in tools menu and i tried it after remove antivirus but its not worked so their is problem with my folder option and then i changes my registry values for the folder option but not getting this again
all this efforts are going vain
ps help me in this problem
