Folder structure and permission output on WINDOWS SERVER 2003

Hi there,
I hope someone can help me.

I have to output the file structure diagram and its permissions on file server (WINDOWS SERVER 2003 STANDARD EDITION).

I found online that I can use the command to retrieve tree diagram from the command prompt:
tree /f >>txt

But I don’t know how to output the folder permission.
Is there any way that all folder permission and tree diagram can be output into text file?

I’m just a beginner in IT.
I don’t know how to make a program yet.
I hope there is a simple way to do….
