font not found

I don’t know why it always say “font not found” when I try to use the font in Adobe Pagemaker 6.5 in Windows 98. And that same font doesn’t have anytrouble when I use in windows 95. Can someone tell me why and show me how to fix it. I alrady try to all the solutions that Adboe provide, but it doesn’t work.
