FOR PROJECT SERVER EXPERTS

Project server Developers,
My question is about project server language settings. We all know that project server checks client localisation and based on that display respective language from language pack.
So my question is, CAN WE display language notwithstanding the client local culture settings, and include some “choose language” controll (web part or whatever) ??!!. So based on chosed option we display respective language.
I know this is dificult task, just please dont tel me that this is not possible, becouse there should be a solution for this.
