Force Local Profile but Map User’s Network Drive

We have computers in our conference rooms for anyone to use. We’re having an issue with roaming profiles hanging while loading. This occurs when a person from one location logs into the conference room PC at another location. I’m pretty sure it’s because of the size of their roaming profile (all profiles are roaming, corporate policy). I’d like to get them logged in quickly ie: a local profile, but they need access to their “home” drive on the server at their normal location. Any thoughts or ideas?
