Fortigate – Port Blocking

Hi!

I just want to refer this situation to everyone, i thought someone could help me on this one.

i have a Fortigate 60B, and i want to block ports 135-139, so i made the policy but, in my virus attack log, it still caught one virus,

can anyone help me?
