foward webpages to 127.0.0.1

I want to foward webpages to 127.0.0.1 using DNS.. i see some crap in my cashed lookups.. so i want to use DNS to block these webpages from ever leaving the server..

so if www.homestarrunner.com was being used.. i would like to use dns to set that IP to localhost..
