Frame Relay/56K/T1

We currently have 2 56K Point to Point data lines. They have been working fine, however we are planning on running more data over our lines. We are going to have 2 remote locations (32 employees and 8 employees) access the internet and access our OEM through headquarters. Would a 128K Frame(32K CIR) and a 56K Frame (16K CIR)give us enough speed, or should we consider something else? I need to keep costs down, but I am not going to sacrifice speed for costs. Please give me any advice you can.
