Free Personal Finance Software

Hi Guys,

I have been asked by my brother, who’s off to uni, to set up a personal finance account on his Vista Laptop.

Can anyone recommend a piece of freeware, similar to Microsoft Money, and where I can download it from, without getting a virus!?
