FrontPage 2003 – Blank “Add Hyperlink” dialog box

Hi,

I am working on a problem with a user that is trying to add hyperlinks to our intranet site using FP2003, but when the dialog box opens, it is blank. She can see some folders, but not all of them, specifically new ones. I have checked out KB916866 and we cannot disable the WebDAV on the server since we are serving files to our designers/developers via this. Any help on this would be great.

User system info:
WinXP Pro SP2
FrontPage 2003 SP3

Server info:
Win2k SP3
IIS 5 latest SP.
