FrontPage Server Extensions

I cann’t seem to setup the FrontPage Server Extension in Windows 2000 Pro. I would like to run a web server but every time there is a problem with the extensions. (hit counter will not work.

One more thing. How can I install some sort of security on the web page so it can not be changed onece it’s published. Only administrators should be allowed to update the page.

I would like to use IIS to manage the page. Any help is appreciated!!!
