FSMC Roles – Help!

The first server in our group of 4 has gone down. This box was the “PDC” of our 2000 AD structure, and had all of the FSMC roles, to my knowledge. How will the other servers react? Will one of them pick up the FSMC roles? Or does this need to be done manually?
