FTAM file transfer

Hi!
Im trying to automate the transfer of some logs out of an AXE switch and onto an NT4 workstation.
The IOG(AXE) only uses FTAM protocol(X.500) in the server function.
Is the anybody out there who know where i can find a freeware/shareware client or server software for NT4 that handles FTAM file transfers? Cmd line function is preferred.
Points will be awarded equal between suggestions that helps me in my quest.
