We are running a batch file (from command prompt), The file server is located in different country. We can able to run the file from one segment (Ex.10.10.40.x), but it’s not accessible from another Segments in the same site (Location). we have check there is no access list restriction in the network and there is no segment restriction in the server side also. In the same batch is running in all segments from another site (nearby another location in the same city).
But there is a notable thing that the another site does not have an IP phone. and our site (here only the batch file is not working) have an AVAYA IP phone, connected from the desk I/O port to the IP Phone and from IP Phone to the PCs. So, we had removed the IP Phone and connected directly from the I/O. but now also it’s not working.
Working segment : 10.10.40.X
Not working segments : 10.10.50.x, 60.x, 70.x
