FTP Issue “Server has closed the connection”

In using IIS 6.0 or any other ftp app., when I try to connect after configuration I get the error “Server has closed the connection” without any other explanation or error code. However, in checking the FTP logs, it indicates an established connection.

From work, I still can’t pull up the FTP site. Any ideas?

BTW, I do receive a log-on box externally.
