FTP requirement with Unix and Windows OS

My Unix FTP server in DMZ should automatically upload contents onto Windows server in internal network, also in Windows domain.

Hod do I go about this. Can Samba can be used, if so will domain authentication and security issues are addressed

OR
Can I have unix as FTP cum NFS server and use windows as client NFS server and map the same. Will domain authentication and security be taken care in this case. Request your practical view with more stress on security aspects.
