FTP Server Solution

Hi,

I am looking for a FTP server that could do the following –
1. User account management
2. FTP home folder quota management
3. FTP server cleanup

Most importantly, is there a way that once a client has picked up a file form FTP server, the file automatically can be deleted from the server.
