FTP Site – Unable to download .exe files

I have multiple FTP sites set up on my Windows 2000 server SP3. I made a few changes today in IIS and all of a sudden now today, when accessing my FTP sites, you are anable to download any .exe files. ZIP, TXT, BIN, etc. files download just fine.Does anyone know why only .EXE files result in a “Page Cannot Be Displayed” message? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
