game card problem

Hi

So recently I bought a game card of Dead Cells and played for a while. Then I saw that you can buy DLC’s and the ‘Rise of the Giant’ was for free. I clicked on it, it brought me to the EShop but then a popup appeared saying “Software currently unavailable.” How and why does this happen? Any help is appreciated.
