Gateway Setting

Our company has two line, one is leased-line, another is point to point T1 line. We want to use leased-line for Internet browsing, T1 line is for access our application between two sites thought VPN. How to setup our client / network to use this twolines at the same time ? Now, I need to change the gateway IP before using T1 or leased-line.
