Generic Monitor Driver

I bought a generic 17″ monitor that doesn’t have a name. The model # is DH-1764 and the company looks like RIC on 3225 Laurleview Ct. in Freemont, CA. I cant get the monitor to size to 600×800 or display more than 16 colors. My motherboard has a built in graphics adapter it looks like.
