George R R Martin: A Song for Lya

This novella appears in Hugo Winners 3.2 and includes the following part dialogue:
Dino: We’ve got the only tower on their world.
Robb: They’ve got the only God in our universe.

I have read that interchange somewhere else, not necessarily with the same speaker names. Where? I am pretty certain I had not read this story before
