Getting hired into IT as a non-IT

I have 15 years mgmt/mktg/sales experience and an MBA from 2001.
I’ve been active with my own executive coaching practice and a small
homemade craft company since I’ve been home with twins for the past 6
years. I live in Fargo, ND (Moorhead really) and want to break into
Microsoft. How do I do this as a non-techie?
