Getting Kicked from VPN

We run a Microsoft VPN to tunnel in and work on the Linux based D3 server. We are have some problem with people be kicked or disconnected from the vpn at very random amount of time which greatly concern us because we can not find and clue on what the problem.Any help or insight in to the matter will be grestly appreciated.
