Getting outside e-mail into Groupwise

I know my company resides in the dark ages by asking this question, but here goes. We use Netscape messenger to receive internet e-mail. We have NWSB5.0 on our network with Groupwise internal e-mail. I have 1 PC connected to the internet by 56k modem. Can I somehow connect groupwise and the internet so I can forward outside e-mails to internal e-mail addresses in Groupwise? We all receive our internet e-mails at one e-mail address. Currently I have to copy the e-mail to the clipboard and then past into the groupwise composition window, then send. Our owner will not allow the network to be connected directly to the internet.
