Getting though a firewall

I’m at work and our firewall prevents me from use programs such as pc anywhere out side of the firewall, is there any program that I can use to get around this?? Also I am our adminstrator but the company that we got our fire wall from does not support win2000 and thats what I am using. So I’m looking for a back door instead of switching companys.
