GFI Mailessentials auto disclaimer not working

I am running GFI mailessential V 12 trial on Microsoft Exchange server 2003. I am on second day or a 30 day trial.

To begin with, the SFX which i downloaded from gfi.com is not corrupt but the installation does not start with gfisetup.exe. It went flawless with using the .msi file.

Now spam filter, Auto reminder, Mail Monitoring are all working but disclaimer feature is not working. I have set it on domain and also on users also. I have created both html and plain text disclaimers. All the steps are in accordance to the help wizards. I am currently testing it via pop/smtp because Auto reply did not work via Exchange connection.

What should I monitor for this?
