Gigabyte Motherboard Help

Anyone familiar with these types of motherboards? We have an older PC that was installed and configured (long) before I took this position. Well, the PC crashed today. It’s a custom built PC so I can’t give a brand or model.

What is happening is it won’t power on at all. No lights, no fans..nothing. There is an amber light on the motherboard. It’s a Gigabyte 81DX

Could this be a bad power supply issue or a bad motherboard. Any suggestions?
