GIS Model

Hi, my company has developed a GIS Model using ArcGIS to provide a future land use and public transport accessibility. Kindly assist me with –
(1) Data Sharing (Batch Processing of the data from end users)
(2) Application Server (Model Server) rights
(3) Security issues and Infrastructure Service Oriented Architecture if the data is stored centralized server.
Give me options for this GIS to be used by end users with their own data to manipulate and get results. Processes and procedures required for it.
